When you request a demo, we collect:

• your name, work email, and firm name;
• your firm type and team size;
• your LinkedIn profile URL, if you choose to give it;
• how you reached the site — the referring page, any campaign tags in the link you followed, and the page you first landed on.

If you sign in to the private briefing, by email link or with your Google account, we collect your email address and, if you’ve been given access, which sections you open and when. If you sign in with Google, Google also shares the name on your Google account, a link to its profile picture and the account’s ID; we use the name only to fill in the access request form, where you can change it, and we don’t use the picture. Signing in creates an account for you in Firebase Authentication, which keeps your email address and, if you used Google, that name, picture link and ID; your browser keeps them too while you’re signed in. If you ask for access, we also collect what you enter in the request form (your name, firm and message, all optional) and the referral details above. Signing in keeps a session in your browser. While a sign-in link is on its way, your browser also keeps the email address you entered, and your name and firm if you gave them, so the link can finish signing you in; they’re removed once it has.

The website sets no advertising or analytics cookies. We record the referral details above in memory while you browse and save them only if you submit a form: a demo request or a briefing access request.

We use these details to respond to your request, arrange a demo, and understand which channels bring people to us. If you use the private briefing, we use these details to sign you in, to decide on access requests and to follow up on what you read. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about our product. We don’t sell your data or add you to marketing lists without asking.

Form submissions are stored in Google Firebase (Google Cloud), and a copy is emailed to our team and logged in a Google Sheet in our Google Workspace account. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, and its styling script from the Tailwind CSS content delivery network (cdn.tailwindcss.com); both receive your IP address when a page loads. Sign-in to the private briefing, by email link or with Google, uses Google Firebase Authentication. The access list, access requests and view records are stored in Google Firebase (Google Cloud), and access requests are also emailed to our team and logged in the same Google Sheet. Google may process this data outside your country, under its standard contractual safeguards.

We keep demo requests, briefing access requests and the record of which briefing sections you opened for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a customer or ask us to delete them sooner. Your email stays on the briefing’s access list until we remove it or you ask us to. Your sign-in account (your email and, if you used Google, the name, picture link and ID above) stays in Firebase Authentication until we delete it, which you can ask us to do at any time; signing out ends the session in your browser.

You can ask to access, correct, or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by emailing connect@stratin.ai. In India, these rights come from the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and you can raise a grievance with us at the same address. If you’re in the UK or EU, you can also complain to your data protection authority — in the UK, the Information Commissioner’s Office.
